OUTstanding Future Leaders Role Model 2025 on YouTube
Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart, to INvolve – The Inclusion People and YouTube for their support and recognition. I am so delighted and grateful to be featured within the 2025 Outstanding Role Model Lists!
Growing up silent and silenced, with no support from anyone… trying to survive somehow… often considering suicide… but always overcoming… the pain and loneliness was so great, I could have never dreamt of one day living in a world where my voice is actually heard and even considered.
I’m grateful for every step of improvement in every day life and policies, for my transgender peers and me. And I’m grateful for every chance and opportunity I am given to be a thoughtful yet clear voice out there, building bridges, mentoring, supporting, and furthering understanding for transgender and non-binary individuals.
In this video, find out a little more about my motivations…

OUTstanding Future Leaders Role Model List 2025

I am so delighted and grateful to be featured within the 2025 Outstanding Role Model Lists supported by YouTube! A second time, and this time even amongst the Top 20. I am truly proud and humbled by this result and experience.
These global Outstanding Lists by INvolve – The Inclusion People champion trailblazers across businesses who are driving positive change for LGBTQ+ employees in business. I can’t thank INvolve – The Inclusion People enough for their support and recognition.
It’s great to be standing alongside these global Future Leaders, and I cannot wait to drive further change both within my own company and beyond.

It was a pleasure to meet this lovely man whom I’ve admired and respected for many years. And it’s easy to be yourself and feel comfortable when you have someone who actually really cares and listens. Thank you so much to the entire Aeschbacher team!
